Oddbird Domaine de La Prade is a smooth red wine made with Merlot and Syrah varieties from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. These are organically grown vines deeply rooted in limestone soils. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the press as quickly as possible for sorting and careful crushing. Fermentation is then carried out with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It remains there on its lees for 12 months. Once the wine is finished, it has the alcohol carefully removed.
