Although our products are alcohol-free or very low alcohol, they are intended for adults.
We make every effort to display accurate product information (including images, descriptions, ingredients and ABV) on our website. However:
– Packaging, labels and recipes may change;
– Colours and appearance can vary on different screens;
– It is your responsibility to check product labels before consumption, especially if you have allergies, dietary requirements, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

When you place an order on zerodrinks.ie, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
We will send an order confirmation email when we receive your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if:

– There is an error in pricing or product information
– We suspect fraudulent activity or misuse
If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment already taken.
All prices on zerodrinks.ie are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered on the site (e.g. credit/debit card, other gateways). By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by you.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.
Your rights to cancel and/or return products are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In general, you may have a right to cancel your order within a certain period under consumer protection law, but some restrictions may apply (for example, to opened products for hygiene/safety reasons).
